This village is the close quaters and room clearence training area for the british millitary on the epynt mountain range, Mid Wales. it was built just after the second world war and has been updated to its current state over the past 60 years.

If you zoom in on it you can see a t55 tank parked up next to a house in the square aswell as actual gravestones in the cemetry around the church, which is used as a command centre for the generals it also contains a farm, a pub and a soccer pitch with grandstand though these are not used commercially. the place is normally open to the public and can be walked around, it is also used in many of the yearly epynt motor rallies where the tanks and machinery around the area are moved in to create chicanes.

The Epynt itself was commisioned as a training ground during the first world war, where before it had been farm land, it is rated at 85,000 acres of land, memories of its past are still visable though not in this photo, there are still old churches, graveyards, farms, machinery, houses from prior to WW1, aswell as buildings and areas like this which were created between 1918-present.
