Seal Island is off of Cape Town, South Africa.  The island's name is self-explanitory, due to the enormous number of Cape Fur Seals that cover it.  Obviously, this is an easy "buffet" for the Great White Shark -- sightseeers regularly observe the island to witness the spectacle.
