This location near Milton Keynes is the factory of the successful Red Bull Racing team in Formula One, where cars are made and research is done. It seems to be part of the 'package' when a team gets bought, as the factory was previously owned by predecessors Stewart and Jaguar, the teams that were successively bought out, leading to Red Bull. It probably also helps that there is an international circuit (Silverstone) nearby.
