The Moses Mabhida Stadium, located in Durban (South Africa), is a 70,100-capacity stadium that is used mainly for football, and was built for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, where it hosted 5 Group Stage Matches, a Second Round fixture, and a Semi-Final. After the World Cup, the home team of the stadium will be local club AmaZulu. The capacity of the stadium changes depending on the event, as the World Cup organising team as given it a capacity of 62,760 for the tournament, and will decrease to 54,000 in a 'legacy setting' after the event, with the potential to expand again to 80,000 if Durban ever hosts the Olympic Games.
