It blows me away that handful of "pirates" can take over something so massive...

its currently 20 miles north of the pirate town of eyl in somalia, they took it over after using rocket proppelled grappling hooks to board the ship and threatened to shoot the crew if they did not stop, the main armerments are the ak47 and rpg and it is unknown if they have explosives.
What i don't understand is that the british SAS have a terrorist team and a tanker is a simulation that they use in training so surely they should send them in after dark to remove the pirates.
you've also got to remember that somalia is a country with no ruling government and little money this must be the biggest haul ever as the prize also includes the FV Fania, a ukrainian cargo ship which was moving tanks
