The HMS Invincible, an aircraft carrier, was decommissioned in August 2005, but remains available for reactivation until 2010. You can clearly see the ship's propellers on the northeast side of the ship...it's definitely not going anywhere!

just to add that the illustrious and ark royal also invincible class carriers will be sent to this dock as well for decomission and are to be replaced by the queen elizabeth and the prince of wales. its sad to see that ships that played such an important role in wars are to be destroyed like this it really is losing part of history
Not to mention a tremenous amount of investment...
It appears that GMaps and Birds' Eye are updated, but not the normal Live Maps. What ship is it showing? Looks like an old Cruiser.

and a ramp for launching, really?? a ramp?? Are british jets really that weak, they need a ramp?
I stand corrected, upon research, this ship was known for Harrier's and Helicopters... my apologies...
