This car park, which also contained a fleet of other vehicles such as helicopters, was abandoned as it was due to the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of 1986 (then Soviet Union, now Ukraine). If there are any Ukranian car thieves out there, then this should be an easy take, provided you can withstand potential radiation...
